"Definitely not just Jewish students either!" in her words.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Joan Shahrani, a teacher at Jefferson middle school and a practicing Catholic, talks about her marriage to her husband who practices Islam and her two sons who also observe Islam.
